Bread Rolls is types of snacks . it is tea time recipe. It is very teasty & easy to make. The preparation of bread roll is very simple.The bread roll stuffing is almost sandwich.
Bread Roll Recipe with Green Chutney
preparation time – 15 to 20 mins
Cook time – 25 mins
- Bread Slices – 5 to 6
- Medium size potatoes – 2
- Green chili – 1 tsp
- Maida – 2 tsp
- Wheat shevaiya -1 cup
- Dry mango powder – 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
- Ginger – 1 inch
- Garlic – 4 to 5
- Coriender leaves
- Salt to taste
How to make Green Chuteny :
- Green chilies ,Ginger, garlic ,coriander leaves, cumin seeds, salt add in mixture & grind it smoothly . Add some water & grind it again & make thick paste
How to make potato bhaji :
- Boil a potatoes.
- When they are still warm, peel & mash them & keep side
- Heat a oil in wok. & add green chutney sauté it after that add turmeric powder & add mashed potatoes & cook for 4 to 5 minutes after that add salt & add dry mango powder and your potato bhaji is ready.
How to make Rolls :
- Now take brad & deep in water & squeeze the water from the bread
- Place the filling in the center of bread
- Roll the bread & close the edges so as to get an even outer cover
- Make all breads rolls this way keep side
- Deep that roll 1st in maida & the wheat shevya
- Heat oil in wok & shelow fry that rolls ,when that rolls become brawn that time your rolls are ready .
