  • 1/2 Cup Green Moong Dal
  • 1/2 Cup White Chana
  • 1/2 Cup Green Peas
  • 1/2 Cup white Peas
  • 3/4 Rice Flour
  • Coriander
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 Tomato
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil

Healthy Mixed Sprout’s Dosa

    • To taks all the sprouts wash and soak then all the ingredient’s in water and leave overnight.
    • In the morning Griend the soaked ingredient’s and Make a paste like Dosa paste.

    • Now, Add salt,ginger garlic paste and grind again.
    • Now, take a bowl and take mixture on that bowl and add rice flour and mix it well to make a thick batter
    • Then Now,on high flame, Put the non-stick dosa tawa and pour 1 1/2 scoop of batter over it

    • Make the batter flat evenly with the same scoop and reduce the flame
    • Add 2 to 3 drops of oil around the Dosa, so that it doesn’t stick to the tawa
    • Now, Turns the dosa and repeat the process.
