Ingredient :

  • 2 Cup Of Basmati Rice
  • 1 Cup Of Medium size Prawns Cleaned and Shelled.
  • 1 Onion finely chopped
  • Ginger gerlic past 1 tsp
  • 1 Tomato
  • Garam Masala 1 tsp
  • Termeric Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Red Chili Powder
  • Extra Turmeric and salt for marination

    • Marination : Take a Prawns in a bowl and add salt and turmeric and keep aside for about an hour.

  • In a pan take oil, Once hot then add onion, When Onion till golden brown then add Ginger garlic paste after that add chopped tomato.Cook for a minutes all ingredient mix well.

  • Then Now, Add Gram masala, Red Chili Powder, Turmaric Powder and again mix well

  • After a minutes add the marinated prawns and mix it well. Cover the pan for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • After 2 to 3 minutes all ingredient mix it well.

  • Then Add Basmati Rice and mix it well.

  • Add Water, salt for cooked the rice, stir well and cover and cook.
  • Garnish with coriander and lemon(Nimbu) and Serve hot.
